JandsOnline offers FREE nationwide delivery
When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it same day if ordered before 12noon or by the next working day at the latest (Monday to Friday).
Deliveries are sent from our Warehouse in Auckland and are usually sent via NZ Courier using their signature required service. Delivery is usually overnight and is dependent on NZ Courier offering their usual prompt service. Some isolated regions or rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay. We always give you the option of crediting the purchase price back in the meantime, we will never hold onto your money without your approval.
All of our orders are sent via courier so they will need to be signed for, please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery.
